Terms of Service
Effective date: January 1, 2026 · Last updated: January 1, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website of Restored Construction LLC (“Restored Construction,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Informational purposes; no offer
Content on this website is provided for general information about our services and does not constitute a binding offer, warranty, or professional advice. Descriptions of services, service areas, and results are illustrative and may change without notice.
Requests, estimates, and separate agreement
Submitting a form, calling, or texting us is a request for contact and does not create a contract, guarantee an appointment, or guarantee an estimate until confirmed by our team. Any inspection findings, estimates, pricing, and timelines are preliminary until set out in a written agreement signed by you and Restored Construction, which will govern the actual work. Estimates are based on the scope and conditions known at the time and may be adjusted for concealed conditions, change orders, material availability, or code requirements.
Insurance claims — important notice
Restored Construction is a contractor, not a licensed public insurance adjuster or your insurer. Consistent with Texas law, we do not and cannot adjust, negotiate, settle, or advise on the value of your insurance claim on your behalf, and nothing we provide should be understood as insurance or legal advice. You are responsible for all communications and decisions with your insurance carrier.
In accordance with Texas Business & Commerce Code § 27.02, we will not pay, waive, rebate, or absorb all or part of any insurance deductible. You remain responsible for your deductible. Any statement suggesting otherwise is unauthorized and not binding.
Your right to cancel
If your agreement results from a personal solicitation at your residence, Texas law may give you the right to cancel the transaction, without penalty, before midnight of the third business day after you sign. Your written agreement will include the applicable cancellation notice and instructions. In addition, Texas law may allow you to rescind certain roofing or property-repair contracts that are contingent on insurance payment if your insurer denies coverage — details will be provided in your agreement.
Warranties
Any workmanship or manufacturer warranties applicable to your project will be described in your written agreement and the relevant manufacturer documentation. This website itself is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Reviews and testimonials
Customer reviews and testimonials reflect the experiences of specific individuals and are not a guarantee of any particular result. Project photographs are representative of work we have performed and may not depict your specific property or scope.
Intellectual property
The website and its content — including text, logos, the “Restored Construction LLC” name, graphics, and photographs — are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
Third-party links and services
The site may contain links to and embedded content from third parties (for example, Google Maps, Facebook, and Instagram). We do not control and are not responsible for their content, products, or practices.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Restored Construction and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising out of your use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. This section addresses website use only and does not modify the terms of any signed construction agreement.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Restored Construction from claims and expenses arising out of your misuse of the website or violation of these Terms.
Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute relating to the website or these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Severability and changes
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will stay in effect. We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version, and your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.
